Ancient Minerals Magnesium Flakes dissolved in warm water provide the user with a bath of  magnesium chloride. Some individuals with sensitive skin may prefer this method of application, rather than the more concentrated Ancient Minerals Magnesium Gel or Magnesium Oil.
